How TestLaunch Pro Works
For Developers
- Create a campaign — enter your app URL, add testing instructions, set a checklist of items to verify.
- Choose a package — 5, 10, or 12+ testers. Pay once.
- Pick or auto-assign testers — browse tester profiles with ratings and devices, or let us match automatically.
- Testers are released in batches of 5 — review feedback, fix issues, then release the next batch.
- Approve or reject feedback — approved testers get paid. Rejected feedback opens a replacement slot.
- Rate testers — build a pool of reliable testers you can invite back for future campaigns.
For Testers
- Create a profile — pick a screen name, add your devices and platforms.
- Browse or get invited — claim tests from the pool or accept invitations from developers.
- Test and submit feedback — follow instructions, write 100+ words, attach screenshots.
- Get paid per approved test — cash out at $10 to your bank or debit card.
Quality Control
Testers are rated 1-5 stars by developers. Higher-rated testers get priority. Three strikes (rejected feedback) leads to account review. This keeps the tester pool high quality.
Rejections are limited to 1 per 5 testers purchased (minimum 1). This prevents abuse while still letting you reject genuinely low-effort submissions.
Timelines
- Open tests: Testers have 6 hours to submit feedback after claiming
- Closed tests: You have 24 hours to grant access (or dismiss the tester). Once granted, the tester has 6 hours to submit.
- Review window: You have 24 hours to approve or reject feedback. After that, it auto-approves with a 5-star rating and the tester gets paid.
Duplicate Protection
Same email can't test the same app twice. Same app URL can't have two active campaigns. You can't test your own app. Everything is enforced automatically.
